1. What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process where a coach works with an individual (or team) to help them achieve personal or professional goals. It involves exploring potential, overcoming challenges, and creating actionable steps for growth and success.
2. How does coaching work at spark?
Coaching typically involves one-on-one sessions, either in person or virtually. At spark we start with a 60 minute discovery call to identify your goals and get an idea about the presenting problem. After that a so-called session of approximately 120 min takes place. Here we work on a conscious and subconscious level to find the root cause of your problem, specifically solve it and finally manifest the personal goal via an audio which should be listened to for 21 days.
3. Which innovative approach is spark working with?
We are working with an approach that combines the best aspects of coaching, hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to create lasting change in a short amount of time. Our chosen method works by accessing the subconscious mind to uncover the root causes of emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and unwanted behaviors. Through guided relaxation and deep hypnosis, it helps individuals reframe past experiences, release emotional trauma, and replace negative patterns with empowering beliefs. The goal is to facilitate rapid, transformative shifts in mindset and behavior, enabling clients to achieve lasting results and greater well-being in a relatively short period of time.

4. How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is ideal for individuals who are committed to personal growth and open to self-reflection. It’s perfect if you feel stuck, need accountability, or are seeking direction in any area of your life or career. If you’re ready to make a change and take action, coaching can help.
5. What qualifications do your coaches have?
Our coaches are trained professionals with certifications from RTT®. This is a method, awarded worldwide, developed by Marisa Peer. All the coaches speak at least 2 languages and have vivid experience in business to easily connect. They bring both knowledge and real-world insights to each session.
6. What data do you need from employees to get started?
At spark, we keep it as simple as possible. To enter the portal and begin using our services, we only require the employee’s name and email address. This is the essential information needed to create an account and start the process.
7. Are employee data secure and protected?
Absolutely! At spark, data protection is a top priority. We take every measure to ensure that your personal data is secure and handled with care. Your name and the area of focus are never shared with the business partner. The only feedback shared is anonymous, ensuring your privacy is always respected. How does it work
8. How much does coaching cost at spark?
Coaching fees vary based on the type of coaching and the number of packages you are aiming for. We offer different packages and payment options to accommodate a range of budgets. Our 3-week Premium Coaching starts at 1.000 Euro per person. Please reach out to us for detailed pricing information.
9. Can coaching be done remotely or online?
Yes! Coaching sessions can be conducted online via video calls, F2F or at your company allowing flexibility no matter where you are located. Our remote coaching options are just as effective as in-person sessions.
10. What if I miss a coaching session?
If you miss a session, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, and we can often reschedule the session or offer alternatives to help you stay on track with your coaching goals.
Free Cancellation: If you cancel up to 48 hours before the session starts, there is no fee. 50% Fee: If you cancel within 24-48 hours of the session start time, 50% of the session fee will be due for settlement. 100% Fee: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the full session fee (100%) will be due for payment.

11. How do I measure progress in coaching?
Progress in coaching is measured through regular check-ins and feedback from the Coachee. These sessions allow both the coach and Coachee to track achievements, identify challenges, and adjust goals as needed. As a business partner, you can also monitor how the coaching service is being perceived by your teams through our tailored portal. This gives you valuable insights into the effectiveness of the program and how it’s impacting your employees’ development.

13. Will coaching work for my team if they are not willing to change?
No, Coaching is always an opportunity of growth. It is important that the Coachee is willing to change – we will never ever force somebody to do so.
14. Is coaching confidential at spark?
Yes, all coaching sessions are confidential. As a coach, I adhere to a strict code of ethics to ensure your privacy and the security of all personal information shared.
